winmx - shared download site - yes it still exists and yes you can still download it for free if you search the web for it, I have never not found something I wanted!

May I ask why not LimeWire? It is 100% impossible for someone with common sense to get any malware from it! The malware sticks out from a mile away (like 5 different results at 751kb or a file size that is far too small to be correct). I have absolutely no idea why anyone wouldn't use LimeWire - it is safe, reliable and you aren't going to get caught if you so choose to break copyright law. I have found classical music myself on LimeWire and I am totally satisfied with the quality (and being, myself, a professional musician, I would say I could judge this). I know you say you have tried LimeWire and I don't want to sound patronising but have you tried a few different searches? (e.g. only the title, only the arranger/musician, both, a combination, and using bad spelling in case the person uploading is retarded?) If you have then fair enough, I agree that there is still hope on the net somewhere, but I seriously think if it is going to be anywhere, it will be found using P2P sharing. Have you tried searching for torrents or similar?
